With the app, shoppers can use their mobile devices to scan barcodes found on Purina packaging and spin the globe on their screens to
instantly earn points. Scanning will provide users with a map of local destinations provided by our partner that are perfect for exploring with your pet. Users can travel to the highlighted spots and use the app to spin the globe again on location and collect more points to use toward entry in the prize tier of their choice.

Less #PetShaming, more #PetPraising. That’s what this concept encouraged proud pet owners to do on social media for a chance to win a photo shoot with their furry companion. The campaign extended to retail too — at PetSmart, they could visit the #PetPraising Photo Booth for an impromptu photo session that they could share on social media and enter into the contest. Plus, they could text a receipt showing a Purina purchase from any store and receive a free personalized tag for their pet.
